Again, I'm not sure where to place this so I'll give it a go here.
I'm bending my brain for more ideas for circle games for 3 year-olds. Some active and some tranquil. Anyone out there got any ideas I could use please?
Eg - puppets, copying movements, stories, weather, singing etc

squeak piggy squeak ; children sit in a circle. One child is blindfolded and has a cushion. Gently spin the blindfolded child, then they must locate someone in the circle. They put the cushion on the lap of that person and sit down, they then say squeak piggy squeak, and the person whose lap they are sitting on makes a pig noise (either a squeal or an oink), the blindfolded person must try to guess who it is. If they guess right then the person who they identify becomes it. If they are wrong then they are spun again and try to find another piggy. It probably sounds complicated, but its a very simple fun game.
guessing games are fun; put ordinary objects in a bag or pillowcase each child tries to guess objects just by putting thier hands in the bag and feeling the objects.
memory game; put items on a tray and let the children look at the objects. Get them to close thier eyes or turn thier backs then remove one item. Get the children to identify what has been removed.
