What's the name of this horror?

I'm trying to remember a name of a horror i've seen but can only remember vague parts of it...

A couple drive down some lane (don't know why) and turn their lights off

A couple end up in a cave like area and the girl hides behind a barrel where a leather-face type character with chainsaw sees her, he relents and helps her escape by putting the skin of someone elses face on her.

At the end she gets out and goes up some steps, someone (looking inbred) grabs her ankle and she kicks him off into a large fan

Any ideas? it's not the texas chainsaw etc
