be grateful for your opinion sqad - I do a lot of physical hard work - am over 65 and fit. I often 'pop' veins in my hands and fingers - it stings and burns a bit, goes blue then clears up in a day or two. Did one in my little finger a few weeks ago, have a definite lump which is sore with a little local swelling. Will doing a long haul flight (12 hours) cause any problems? I know it sounds silly but would hate to pop my clogs with dvt or something similar! many thanks

Anyway i did some research and started taking calmagzinc tablets which are said to be good for cramp, and the blood vessel popping has stopped.
