bought a cheapo pizza but going to put toppings on it myself,extra cheese,toms.onoin,peppers,chillies.any more suggestions for the perfect pizza

Had a Waitrose one last night, caramelised onion and feta cheese.....yummy!

how do you carmelise onion????

Cook it for a long time....

just fry the onions really slowly in some oil or butter until they go brown/ the sugar in the onion will caramelise them

i alwats have mushrooms with my pizza, pre cook them a bit first for flavour

I have been known to put baked beans onto a cheese and tom pizza - delicious !

Has anyone noticed that supermarket pizzas are not as tasty as they used to be? We used to love the Asda vegetable ones which they make up at the counter but they are completely tasteless now. All the branded ones in Tescos are getting the same, maybe they are reducing the salt content do you think?
