you beat me to it! i wanted to post this question, his attempt to drive the jag tonight was very funny, all i can say is i'm sure its a man and he's very small (because he looked very comfy in the aston martin and jeremy could hardly fit in it). doesn't narrow it down much in temrs of racing drivers does it? i think we have to keep this question in the top 20 til it gets an answer.

According to Autosport magazine, The Stig is ex-nearly-Formula 1 driver, Perry McCarthy.
