Does the pink water cooler come with it? if it does, I'm sold.
I love the full description.............the truth for once!
Haha, can't be in a hurry to sell!

Seems expensive for what they are basically saying is a plot of land.

It will probably end being flats.
Ah, just spotted.... "Planning for 4 flats on the land has been passed"
This was someones pride and joy once.
That's so funny. I worked for a local paper and one advert to sell a house had a pic of a very tall hedge. The house was somewhere behind it!!!
A bargain for a builder - plot for four houses.
Flats not houses.
"We strongly recommend not bringing friends or family members. Much better to surprise them with how much help you need renovating the place after you have purchased."

"I do apologise for the lack of photographs, but I didn't really fancy spending too long in there!"!

Priceless.........thats brilliant, Boo :0)

I'm off to pub quiz soon and I'll show that around my team....give 'em a good chuckle.
Pity it didn't go to auction.

I would love to have seen Martin's views on the place (Homes under the Hammer), and what musical puns they would select.
Bags of potential - love it!
sort of ad my sister used to write in her estate agents days they had a 'heap of the week' always worked...
I remember seeing a guy in the news a while ago who set up his own agency as he was fed up at the one he was working at trying to polish turds. He seemed to be doing quite well with it. Maybe it's the same guy.
I sold a 100 foot monument once!

It was on land owned by a company, and was subject to a repair order which would have cost thousands.

I put an ad in the local paper "Monument for sale £2 ono."

It got a story in the paper, and we sold it for a bit more than £2 to a neighbouring house owner. This guy lived abroad, and we had been unable to contact him.
Hmmmm - my neck of the woods there, B00 - may just have to ask Mr Green for a viewing ;) I see he has all sorts of properties on his books. His wording reminds me of the local car sales to Big Sis. She bought a car from them advertised as '... goes like **it off a shovel'
There used to be an estate agency, Brookes rings a bell, whose house adverts in the Sunday Times were hysterical, tell it as it is!
Is that a serious advert? Really?!
I followed the link and then went to see the estate agents site - I ended up at this house http://www.saturnhouse.co.uk/

Nice!

Got your baby yet B00?
