PLANTING DAFFODIL / TULIP BULBS

When is the absolutly latest that you can plant these bulbs?

get them in before the frost..

Daffodils ASAP,no later than mid-December.Tulips at the latest at the end of
December,as they flower later in the spring.

my tulip and daffs that I put in pots about 5 weeks ago are showing now !!!

Just been out putting in some dwarf daffodil and narcissi bulbs. Very cold though - I was glad to come back into the warm. I am hoping nothing will disturb them because I had to pick up quite a lot of what I can only assume is cat poo before I could start my gardening. Could be foxes - I always thought cats buried their mess but this was on the surface. I put some orange peel round the edge to dissuade them because cats don't like oranges.

Get 'em in now .. plenty deep too .. 4-6" if you can.
