longtitude and latitude question?

Any help with this quiz question would be brilliant.

Which one is the odd one out?

40° 37′ 34″ N, 75° 22′ 32″ W

The first one is the odd one out, as all the others are west of the greenwich meridian. (first one is east)

These are Israel, China, Belgium and Kyrgyzstan so I guess Belgium as the only non Asian place?

There is a Bethlehem in Camarthenshire

Just checked it's coordinates - 51° 54′ 44.86″ N, 3° 54′ 47.56″ W (according to GeoHack)

So 2 is the odd one out.

Could be, but I make the first one Jerusalem (approx), and the third and fourth as Bethlehems. Second one is somewhere in Las Vegas!

I didn't double check TDP's coordinates but I knew of the Bethlehem in Wales and it seemed too much of a coincidence...
GeoHack has this for Bethlehem on the West Bank - 31° 42′ 11″ N, 35° 11′ 44″ E
