I recently installed a Fortec Star digibox.I tuned it to the Astrasat satellites and it "found" all the free to air channels except BBC3 and BBC4.Does anyone know why it didn't?Thanks in advance.

Got the same box ( and the same name name ? ) bbc3 and bbc4 can be found on channels called CBBC and Cbeebies as they take the transponder at 7pm . you can try scanning after 7 and it may name the channel as such

if you do a 'blind' scan for fta channels it should find every channel available. Some of the BBC channels 'moved' recently so if your box is using preloaded settings it might not be 'looking in the right place'. This happened to me a while back, I lost some 'red button' channels and BBC News and Parliament, but found them after a blind scan.

You can ADD and STORE the channels manually.
Just do that if the self-scan does not store as you wish.
