20 sausages

defrosted and ready to cook but bored of sausage strog or sausage pasta any ideas other than bangers n mash and toad (i havnt got any eggs!).

Sausage, onions, potatos, green beans and gravy is one of my favourite winter meals.... I think 20 is slightly excessive though...

why have you defrosted 20 sausages? we freeze them loose and only take out as many as we want!

Make sausage casserole, then refreeze it when it's cooked and cooled - it'll be fine, and saves you having to cook at some other time.

I would go with casserole too...add a sliced apple to it yum yum..yum yum to the butty with brown sauce..has to be daddies though...

Mmmm sausages! Love 'em. I do the same as Box and freeze them in twos. I'd do sandwiches with them make some scrambled eggs to go with them.

brown sauce, must be. Have you eaten them all yet? If not, cook and freeze, they'll be fine.

cooked the lot off in a sausage crumble mix and going to freeze some of it down for use later, but making enough for him to have for lunch at work tomorrow.
