henry hoover

I have been recommended the henry hoover by my carpet fitter as my dyson is knacked after 5 years+ of use. I here dyson's can damage a carpet and pull the carpet fibre's out. Any one got one? I see they have a bag though? Not used to that?

Find the dysons better on carpet than Henry but he is superb for the wood floors and sofas and most other soft furnishings and just about anything conceivable thing that can be vacuumed. If there is a loose thread the dyson will catch it and pull it out making the most ear shattering noise. The next vac I buy will be a miele as we have 4 cats and I hear they are excellent with pet hair, not that I've had much trouble with the cleaners I have at present
