A very good morning to all fellow insomniacs, and everybody else too.

Thought alcohol might have been to cause of the insomnia so gave it up a while ago, still only 3 and a half hours on a bad night and, if I'm lucky, 5 on a good one. Perhaps the whisky bottle might come out again!

Annual Christmas reunion tonight with some ex work colleagues from 20 years ago, good to keep in touch.

'Morning everybody, cold but clear and bright at the moment here in Notts. Nothing to do today but a bit of tidying up and walk Max as Trish is off to Nottingham with my sister and a couple of mate.
