My employer wants to cut my department's staff from 40 to 30, and we are about to be asked to reapply for our own jobs.
If I refuse to reapply (therefore ending my employment), will that be considered redundancy or resignation?
Would the scenario be different if the new post had different terms and conditions from my current employment?
