Surely the correct phrase is "All my eye and Betty Martin". And the phrase is certainly earlier than Marilyn Monroe. I remember reading an Agatha Christie short story in which the phrase was crucial to the plot. I hadn't heard the phrase before, but once I started to look out for it, I realised it was quite common.
