I have a sliding scale of what constitutes 'excessive' in terms of kicking another person - on the ground or not. it starts at '0' - anything after that is deemed excessive as far as I can see.

Simply put,the AZ Alkamaar goalie,would reasonably expect safety from crowd interference...the fault would therefore lie with Ajax Amsterdam Security and Club.
Imo,the Red Card was unfair.
It was violent conduct,but...not part of the game,which the Referee was presiding over.
