OMG, what constitutes an illegal avatar?

Ignorance is no defence. Steve.5

Guilty as charged.
Probably, only the Ab'ers with the floating "gravatar" avatar, which pops up occasionally. Best ask though!
'Ignorance is no defence'

The worst piece of law there is. I would love to challenge this in the courts one day. Total nonsense.

Ignorance is a perfectly good defence. I would like to see those that champion that to argue if they are caught out on these laws:

Strange as some of our laws may be, it is true that ignorance of the law is no defence.
Sorry, haven't seen it yet- I was just trying to get that spammer off the latest posts list
The law needs to change. The terminology may exist as law, the sanity of it as real life doesn't.

Grf, the police and CPS aren't interested in those outmoded laws, nobody gets prosecuted.
Ignorance of the law is generally no defence - but can mitigate the penalty. Maybe down to nothing

Looking at the quiz - I don't DO anything illegal (I don't twit face or blog at all for starters so can't go wrong there) but am abysmally ignorant of its finer points
