MM and KM Links December 2011 Week [4]
10 Answers
Goodness! Friday again so soon? Why does time pass so quickly as you get older?
'King John' (aka jobjockey) has been working hard behind the scenes and has everything prepared to challenge you all in the morning with the MM Links Challenge. It is now up to him (health permitting) to launch the game in Q&P at 08:45 tomorrow followed by the challenge words at 09:00.
Please note that our sister game of the KM Links is taking a break for the next two weeks.
I'm as busy as ever, running around half the day taking photographs, and the other half supporting the local Art Club. Thank goodness our Christmas Exhibition is being dismantled tomorrow afternoon. I think my New Year's resolution will be to cut back a little on my photography which takes up around 4 hrs a day - other jobs are piling up. Don'y worry though - MM Links will still get its time allocation as required.
Here's wishing everyone a Merry Christmas. May all AB families, friends and acquaintances have an amiable gathering and celebration free of worries and health problems.
I'm running late this evening, so I'd better wrap this up and get it posted.
Looking forward to seeing you all in the morning.
Cheers for now,
gen2

For those not already in the know, since last January, I have been posting one photo a day on Blipfoto. (Just click on the left of an image to go back one day or use the calendar.)

Evening all - late this evening as had no energy to get out of comfortable armchair. Trying not to scream and shout, as the parcel sent on the final day for guaranteed delivery to US in time for Christmas has still not arrived (though small packet sent one day late took only four days to get there). I know, there's still another day and a bit over there, but it's not looking good. Grandsons will be disappointed.
I'm not risking Royal Mail in future - will have to investigate other methods. Though I did once send a parcel of exam papers from here to Cambridge via a certain carrier, and it went via Bahrain. To be fair, it was trackable all the way and was only delayed by two days.
But what the heck, it's Christmas, and it's a very minor glitch compared with some. Time to put things into perspective, I think.

Quick hello if anyone is still around. Manxiemo and I arrived on the Isle of Man a couple of hours ago, to spend Christmas with our respective families. I'll be with all three of my sons on Christmas day - doesn't happen too often, so looking forward to it. I'm staying with my middle son, Ross who has installed a jacuzzi - looking forward to trying it out.
Merry Christmas to all the linkers, and like Pauline special greetings to Crofter.
