car wipers chattering/new wipers ?

got new wipers for ford fusion having problems with them chattering on the screen anybody know any tricks to get them to work properly thanks in advance

I strongly recommend the one about cleaning your windscreen (and the wiper blades) with vinegar. I do that every few weeks anyway. (It makes driving at night or in the rain much easier because of improved visibility and reduced glare).

They chatter in one direction because the blade angle is too steep.
Get some pliers and a pad around the thin part of the wiper arm near the attachment body, and twist/bend/rotate the arm slightly towards the same direction as they chatter. When you get it right .. the blade will be square to the screen and not chatter in either direction.
Sorted. Pet hate of mine .. chattering wipers.
