Is this possible please? I tried on Format Factory,but it came up with 'conversion failed'

You could try Zamzar (named after protagonist in Kafka's Metamorphosis!). I think it converts quite a few different formats.

I suppose you could always print the PDF page and then scan it to JPG??

Press "print screen" then paste it into MS Paint. Save it as a jpg or bmp.
