Help needed

I have just upgraded from Me to XP. But the guy who installed my PC never installed windows office (the upgrade was free so I can't really complain) does anyone know of a free download similar to windows I can get? All I want is a word processor and something like xcell.

I was going to suggest Open Office, we use it in our office and it works fine. The only slight problem I have with it is it can be a little slow starting up.

If you have word/excel open all day then this won't be an issue but if like me you just open the odd document now and again it can be a bit of a pain.

But then again it's free.
