hi guys,

An offer has just being made on my flat which is up for sale. Can I register a charge on property duing a sale process as I need cash urgently and the sale process takes up to three months?

Yes you can, but only if you own the flat outright, if you've a mortage you've no chance. Speak to your mortage advisor.
of course you can borrow money on the flat, even if you have a mortgage, the lender justs puts a second charge on it,but i would expect you would need some equity in the flat, before they will lend you any money.
