It would require a miracle to fully cover three millennia of this subject matter in three hours but as an overview I found it insightful and for the most part well done. Although much, if not most, of what the video series presents has been covered in some manner at some time or the other here in R&S, having it summarised along with chronology and context seems worthwhile to me.
You might find it drags on a bit in the beginning but eventually picks up. At the very least, if nothing else I highly recommend it as a great, if not very effective, bed time story.
