had a terrible dream

about my other sister, who i don't speak to. I dreamt that she was was buried alive, and me and my other sister were trying to find where she was to help her, and we are running around, asking this young man what he has done to her, and he wont speak, and we are shaking him about, and eventually he tells us he buried her alive. We eventually find her,and dig her up and she is not breathing and we resuscitate her and she finally breathes, but she is in a bad way?

Don't worry too much about "one off" dreams. It's the repetitive one's that need evaluating.

However, in this instance I think it's the general upset, resentment, and emotions involved that have triggered it. You may have read or heard something horrible on the news that day that also added another bit of stimulation for the brain to act on.

The buried alive bit came from watching the news recently: a Polish guy was sent down for burying his girlfriend alive.

Luckily she survived aswell
