i saw hugh fernly whitington or who ever he is do one on telly the other week. He is the guy from the river cottage series. Maybe it is in one of his books?

Believe it or not, but when Hugh Fernley-Whitingstall did it on the Return to River Cottage he used 15 different species. He referred to it, unimaginatively, as the 15 Bird Roast.

Sorry, I can't find u a recipe though. I expect there would be one in the latest River Cottage Book, but they are showing the series again, one night a week on channel 4 (can't remember which) and they will be showing it again in this run of repeats.
