Satterlite signal weak

Trish and myself have been watching all nights with no problems at all.

Couldn;'t record properly on sky plus this afternoon because of the weather. So much for digital signal with a dish!

Freeview has stood up well to the weather here in the East. Can you switch to Freeview if you have saterlite?

We've no signal at all. Been away over NY and there's been a helluva storm. Don't know if it's dish alignment, broken co-ax, water ingress or what. Ladder and tools tomorrow rather than pay the beggers.
I agree daisya, great when it works but it's all a bit fragile. I plugged an old loop aerial into the TV and tuned in the freeview stuff for the first time in 2 years. It's working fine. :P
Incidentally, can't access recorded stuff either but previews on Anytime are there as thumbnails and info. Does that give anyone a clue as to the problem?

Maidup: No we can`t get Freeview until March 21st in Bournemouth.

Most Channals are available on Freeview on your area Carlton, just a few more will be added once they switch over.

No signal on my Sky Tried all the things I usually do to rectify this but no joy..My neighbours have had no problem so I think the wind must have moved the dish. I'll get the TV engineer in tomorrow when he opens up shop again.
