I'm having my carpal tunnel release operation tomorrow, anyone had it done and if so any ideas how long it will take for me to be able to fully use my hand again?

My Uncle had it done in November, he is 85 and he said it was miraculous, hardly felt a thing, got home the same day and has been brilliant ever since, he said that he would recommend it to anyone. Hope it goes well for you :)
