Try ebay, codes for philips radios start at 99p

Either go back to the dealer that sold the car when it was new, they may still have it on file, or go to Halfords and buy the cheapest stereo that they stock. Odds on it will be better than anything that was fitted as standard 10 years ago, and you should get change out of £40
