sky remote

hi , my sky remote has gone kaput ( its not the batteries )
any suggestions to get it working again , or will i need a new one

Smash it against the coffee table, and see if that helps.

If not, phone Sky and they *should* send you a new one. Well, they did when mine died.

you may have to buy a new one, sky will send you one, they cost between £16.99 for a basic remote to £24.99 for a sky hd remote

failing that they also sell them in big electronic stores and larger asda and tescos
