Please help,
DELL's 3 year warranty is quite lame I have just found out. When I dial up via Tiscali, I get a message to say I am connected, but when I launch Explorer I get a message to say the Web Page Cannot Be Displayed. After hours on the phone to DELL and Tiscali neither of them can help, but I have been informed that I can pay DELL software a further �34 warranty for software, which I won't do. I've tried to delete all the ISP files, and use AOL or Wanadoo, but I still get the same message.Can anybody please help?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Had the same problem a few weeks ago,like you i rang my service provider,lots of expence no salution,had a guy round who tried every thing i had with the same result,gave me a price to reprograming the computer and left ,a couple of days later while trying again to sort it out i decided to reprogamm to an earlier date. and it worked with no problems since ,straight on to the net,and every thing working fine..
