Peer to Peer Software...which is the best?
I have been told in the past that Kazza is the best, then Grokster, the list goes on. I know alot of them have pop ups which become very annoying. Which is currently the best and finds the most searches?
Also, you hear in the news that people in the USA have been fined thousands of dollars for downloading tunes. Can this happen to us in the UK? Can the US or UK sue us? How do they know what you are downloading??

When they work it out they consider a couple of copies for personal use as just 2 copies that they wont sell and make money on. But if u were making copies and distributing at car boots etc then not only are they losing 10 copies a day to u but also u could making copies and be selling all 10 copies to say 100 customers at a car boot. that means 100 customers buying 10 copies each and u are talking 1000 copies per day could be slipping through there fingers. And that means too much revenue lost too piracy and they clamp down with the police taking action.
