She might get an infection, or the wound can open again if the flesh has not had a chance to knit together before she ripped out the stitches. Also, she may have caused some damage to the flesh when she ripped the stitches. The vet will re-stitch her and can give you a special collar for her to wear until her wound heals, which will prevent her from ripping the stitches again.
