Depends on how long they have been in.  Have a word with your vet.  I wouldn't chance leaving her without first getting advice.  Don't forget also that there will be two lots of stitches, internal ones as well as external.

And if you are in the UK the vet won't charge you for any advice he gives following the operation.  It should form part of the fee, so you should really have no reason to to contact him.
You need to take your dog back to the vet. She might get an infection, or the wound can open again if the flesh has not had a chance to knit together before she ripped out the stitches. Also, she may have caused some damage to the flesh when she ripped the stitches. The vet will re-stitch her and can give you a special collar for her to wear until her wound heals, which will prevent her from ripping the stitches again.
