Simple Adblock

Every day I get this message on my computer.

Upgrade to Simple Adlock Pro
The daily adblock limit has been reached and no more ads are blocked today.
The free version of Simple Adblock only blocks 200 ad requests a day.
To enjoy unlimited adblocking please upgrade.

It then gives me 2 options Ok and Cancel.
If I press cancel it goes but comes back and if I press ok it takes me to the page to upgrade which of course I'd have to pay for
How do I stop this from appearing please?

Go to your control panel and look for "programs and features" (if you are on windows xp it's "add/remove programs"), find the Simple Adblock Pro and uninstall it.
