I am in reicept of an events calendar for the Q1 2012

It may interest you that there are many holidays, awareness weeks and "something"-days all around us right now.

For example, the painfully obvious "Diet Resolution Week" began on the first and will come to a magnificent conclusion on the 7th (we assume there won't be a party, or if there is, there won't be cake.)

At exactly the same time it's Folic Acid Awareness Week. I say, personally, we're all well aware of Folic Acid and needn't be patronized in such a way.

AND in the VERY SAME WEEK it is also"Personal Trainer Awareness Week" - in which, I suppose, they turn up check your spare tire, suck in some air and say "cor, that'll cost you".

Also, today it is Braille day, which is nice.

And finally, I am sorry to announce that Chocolate Covered Cherry Day has passed us un-annouced. I know, I know, I can't believe I didn't use that logo either.

What "Awareness Weeks" would you like to see added to this ridiculous roster?

I did think after I typed the rug query that I could probably have phrased it better!

I didn't jno! Although my mum did put her one on her head when I first gave it to her...

S'nice vase... I got a metal wall art sculpture for my bedroom too... but I don't have picture of that. Actually the vase was for my birthday and the sculpture was for christmas, I got them the wrong way round.
