I cannot get my photo onto my profile

Can any one help me? I have gone through the structure on gravatar, selected a photo from photo file and done all that is neccesary to add my pic.
But it does not seem to have appeared. I tried again today and still no pic. thanks in advance for any help. BB

By far the most common error is using different email addresses when registering for AB and for Gravatar. (They MUST be the same. It's the only way that AB's server can link to your Gravatar account).
If you've forgotten which address you used to register with AB, click on 'My Profile' and then on 'Edit My Profile' to view it.
While you're on the 'My Profile' page, check that the 'Activate Avatar' button has been clicked. (You should see the option to deactivate it shown if everything is correct).
