Buying a tablet PC

I am looking to buy a tablet PC fotr less than £150 to monitor my solar system with

It needs to have the following bluetooth connection wifi connection, run Android 2.1 or higher and able to run apps downloaded from Andrid market

Otherwise not too bothered but to be purchased from a reputable reatialer either high street or internet

My head hurts looking for one! can anyone make a recommendation please
