What Will Happen ?

I was in magistrates court on the 2/11/2011 and was charged and fined for assualt and bad behaviour .. I have previous cautions of assault, shop lifting and criminal damage .. I am going to magistrates court again on the the 23/01/2012 as I have been charged for criminal damage and resisting arrest .. what will happen to me?

Please ignore the stupid answers above, some people's self inflated egos seem to get in the way of their ability not to pre judge.

You need to get legal advice- the duty solicitor will be able to advise you better should you not be able to afford one. If the criminal damage is of a low value and the resisting arrest did not involve violence towards the police you might be lucky, but you need to sort out whatever it is that's causing you to behave the way you do, before you mess up enough to end up inside.

And whilst you're talking to the duty brief you may do well to establish what it is you are actually charged with. "Bad behaviour" for which you have apparently already been fined, is not a criminal offence and neither is "resisting arrest" for which you have recently been charged.

You need to get some help towards improving your behaviour. You have a history of several 'low level' offences within a short time. I do not think you will go to jail this time but you are heading that way unless you turn your life around. You need help , when the court date comes up ,ask for it !
