Deep Zoom

I am trying to get access to some information on the web but the sight I go to keeps coming up with the message not a valid deep zoom image. I have tried the ms site and downloaded silverlight and also deep zoom but still have the same probs. Any help appreciated.

To check whether it's a browser error, try viewing the sample Deep Zoom image here:

If you can't view it, try a different browser. If you can view it then it's likely that the problem is with the website hosting the image which you're trying to view, rather than on your computer.

Thank You, have tried this site many times, although each time I try it comes up siverlight is not installed, so I go through the rigmarole of installing it and each time it comes up with unable to install as it is already on your pc. Have checked to remove programs but it doesn't exist?
