For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.JD, no it wouldn't, and besides why would anyone keep children in those filthy conditions, perhaps it has more to do with them being perceived not as some backwards country, that treat it's citizen in an inhumane way good enough to join the EU, so they are kicking up a fuss now. If it had been an investigative journalist would that have more credibility, because it was Fergie she has been hauled over the coals.
Does anyone remember a story in the Sunday Times about a Greek Island where both adults and children with disabilities were held? It was like a vision of hell. The newspaper won awards for that story.
Greece was in the EU while that was going on, too.
