My dog a nine year old cocker spaniel was diagnosed with cushings disease and kidney disease in June 2004. My vet said she could live one month maybe six months or a bit longer and her hair would fall out. She is on expensive medication from canada lysodren for the cushings disease and fortekor 20 for her kidneys. It has been over a year and she is fine her coat is nice and thick, she loves to walk but sleeps a lot but always has. Has anyone got a dog with similar problems?
