Lanzarote in February

Anyone been to Lanazarote in February, and do you know if it is hot enough at this time of year to sunbathe.

we went last year and got worst storm in 17 years! it washed the beach away. That said, it was unusual and the rest of the time it was scorching

The temperatures there are usually in the low 20 centigrade even in the early months of the year. You should be able to bath there at this time.

Can you take us all with you on vacation?

The Canaries are often hit by strong winds over the winter months. 20C can be pleasant enough for sunbathing when there's no breeze but not when there are 40mph winds!

To get decent sunbathing weather you'll need to go further south, e.g. The Gambia.
