Can't really see it very well - you posted beta link from your mobile

But I would not buy anything that claimed to remove tattoos from ANY web site, let alone eBay!
No, I wouldn't risk it - anything which states it can peel layers off your skin is, IM, a hazard. It only says CAN remove, too, it doesn't say WILL. IMO you'd be risking causing yourself even more disfigurement.
I've used a fairly strong glycolic acid on my skin (bought from Ebay) with no bad effects. I'm not sure I would try it for tattoo removal though.
if you don't mind saying, daffy, what did you use it for?
It was for moderate acne scarring on my face, it actually smoothed my skin out quite a bit. The biggest problem is the amount of preparation and time it takes to do it, you also have to be exact with timings for neutralising or you could cause worse scarring.
ooh - sounds as if you have to be careful. I used Bio Oil for scarring (that's purcellin oil), it does have some effect if you use it for ages - but it wouldn't work for tattoos, IMO, as they stain several layers of skin.
You do have to be careful, it is an acid afterall :)
I tried Bio Oil for my scars but it had no effect on them, it did make my skin lovely and soft though and is great for using after shaving your legs/bikini line.
Seems its peroxide based. Where is the tatoo ? Here, its recommended with laser treatment:

I've probably tried most methods of tattoo removal but wouldn't mess with anything like that ..if you are wanting one removed tinks then laser is brilliant..hurts like hell but the cost of treatment is really dropping due to competiton but if you dont pick it doesnt scar at all...

Its on my hip and i love it but its not done very well and id like rid- id replace it with another somewhere...but i know this looks too good to be true

Hmmmmm x
Deffo stick with laser removal, as others have suggested! If your tattoo is small, then perhaps it could be covered over successfully by another tattoo. visit a good studio for their advice!
