They send me a brochure every couple of months and everything in it looks lovely - just wondering whether to treat myself or not!

Hello, I work at Pia so might be biased :-) but we use Feefo as an independent service to invite customers who have bought from us to give us their feedback. A 'Reviews' tab appears on specific product pages where anyone has commented on that particular product, such as our popular 'Silver bead bracelet with locking bead':
