Job Share/Part Time work

Does anyone know the legal difference

Part time work can be stand alone or part of a job share.
A job share usually involves part time working but could conceivably be done on 2 long shifts (say 8 hours) over a long day.
Can you tell us the context of the question?

i only know that where i work job sharers work each others holidays to give the company/service a full time employee effectively!
