Protecting property & business
My daughter (widowed) is considering remarrying. My worry is she owns her own house paid by insurance on her husbands death and also two ice-cream
vans which she rents bringing her a weekly income. If she marries does her second husband have any claim to either the house or business if they split. (Scottish Law)

We did one, like your daughter I own our house. I don't know if Scots law might have a similar process.
