Ie Onde by Einaudi but Classic FM on a Sunday afternoon is usually pretty good.
My choice are 'Homage to the mountain' by Yello. 'Waiting for Cousteau' by Jean Michel Jarre. 'The end' by The Doors. 'Requiem' by W G Mozart. anything by Bjork
The 1812 Overture. No, only kidding. The second movement of Mozart's Piano Concerton no. 21 (popularly known as Elvira Madigan, after the film that used it). Beautiful, soothing, relaxing.
I think mac has confused W G Grace with W A (as in Amadeus) Mozart! Easily done!
Cavatina by John Williams.
Personal fave verrrry difficult to choose... Elvira Madigan, Moonlight Sonata, Air on a G string, the duet from Mozart's Marriage of Figaro (as used in the Shawshank Redemption), Canon by Pachelbel, Puccini's O mio babbino caro... There's just sooo many!!!
Sacrifice by Lisa Gerrard and Peiter Bourke
sabor de verano by jose padilla, estelle - a man called adam, blow my mind and spend a lifetime - jamiroquai.

I like Elbow's album, 'Asleep In The Back'. Also good for studying.
2nd movement of Rachmaninov's 2nd piano concerto. Coming a close second are Ravel's Pavane, Faure's Pavane and Take my breath away (Queen.)
