Lumley Craven and Aitken Essential Anat is a good start
available on the internet
IS this a 30 minute essay or a chapter in a book
then basically you enumerate all the bones in the skull - there are quite a few - and what you think are important clinical features
ie petrous temporal bone - hardest bone in the skull , contains the inner ear,
cribriform plate - allow the first cranial nerve through - avulsed in head injury and so anosmia is a leading sign
and so on until the finish
this really is a text book regurgitation exercise
Be thankful they havent asked embyology of the skull
