very stupid me

As you all know my windows live account is blocked and I have tried many ways to unblock it - anyway came to a site and you could ask a question re the windows and it was no win no fee. The question was not answered correctly so I said no not happy. Just looked at my online banking account and they went ahead and took £28 from the account. I am so bl dy stupid for giving my card number. I sure hope they dont take any more money from me now that they have my number. bah humbug

contacted btbroadband and in fairness to them they said they had encountered some of the problems but the problem lay with hotmail. Got to hotmail help centre and you would not believe they started me on the first rung maybe got onto a second a rung and back to the first rung. Gotta get me a tecchie quizzie. The last guy charged me £60 which after Xmas I dont really have. I could forge out £20 but then again £28 was taken out of my account more fool me. Wish I was a tecchie

Connemara...have you posted this in Technology? Someone maybe able to help you there.....you really shouldn't have to pay to have a Hotmail problem sorted.

Yes I started the ball rolling in Technie and believe you me hotmail live centre are no good - round and round the mulberry bush.
