sentence/suspended sentence/community payback??

I have previously asked a question regarding a domestic assault dropped from a serious assault. 17 year old boy breached bail also by fleeing the country with the victim and got caught on another occasions with her. He is serving 110 days in remand currently and if he pleads guilty what will the outcome be? Exact answers please!

If he gets a custodial sentence the time he's already spent on remand will be deducted from it.

Are you in the UK? I ask because some of the terms you use to describe the incident do not sound like those used in English law. (Scottish law is diffrent from English)
Any way as you have been told there are no ' exact ' outcomes , it all depends on what the Judge or Magistrates decide.
I will give you a brief idea based on English law
The Judge or Magistrates will decided on the sentence after considering all the facts and getting reports from probation , social services, doctors,police and any other officials who have been involved . All this takes time and it is very unlikedly that the sentence will be handed out at the next hearing.

When sentence is decided time spent on remand will be deducted and if he has pleaded guilty at the first opportunity 1/3 rd will also be taken off the sentence. As the boy was under 18 he will be sentenced as a young offender even if he is over 18 by the time of the trial and sentence.
All this applies to English law only I know very little about other places.

I now see you are in Scotland, it is very confusing that you have posted 3 seperate questions about the same thing.
Anyway, there can still be no exact answer as the court will still consider all the facts and circumstances, but time on remand will still be deducted from the sentence.
As the boy has already absconded twice and he is on remand a prison sentence is a virtual certainty.

Thanks and Ive posted it twice because I'm just so concerned and would like a straight answer but I suppose that isn't really possible, wouldn't fancy him getting a custodial, if so how long do you think?

Sorry I know very little about Scots law. But if it was England I would guess a year.How ever there is the 110 days remand to be deducted so it would be quite possible he will be sentenced to 'Time Served' and released as soon as the sentence is passed.
