Yes this was absolutely disgusting, regardless whether or not the child should have been wearing incontinence pants, as one ABer suggested.

Many children who do not have this little 4 year old's medical problems, can sometimes have little accidents, due to over excitement, fear etc.

The teacher in question should be named and shamed and then sacked, and never allowed to be in charge of others children again.
