When most 82 year olds, would not have a clue on how to cheat the benefits, here we have an 82 year old who was the ring leader of a migrant family of five who ‘broke every rule in book’ to swindle benefits.

He was handed a 12-month sentence, suspended for two years due to his age and ill health, was it fair that he got away scot free with his crimes?

If they can forge them, I'm sure the Government department, could make more original ones, so give them one of these and send them on their way.
forged papers are no good aog so it wouldnt work like that.

and sorry i meant passport OR papers rather than passport of papers.

I dont know about all cases but the ones ive helped on and familiar with its a case of uk government have to apply to their government for travel documents if they want them deported and they dont have a passport... more often than not their government dont give a crap so dont send them... then theres stuff like giving false names and stuff... if you are asking a government for papers for someone who doesnt exist its highly unlikely if not impossible to get them.
